*There’s a $80 (non-refundable) retainer fee to book your date. The deposit comes off the package price, it’s not an extra charge.

*Sessions allow up to 5 people. After that, it’s $20/person. (For families larger than 12 persons please contact me about group pricing.)

*A rushed edit on your pictures (24hr turn around) can be added to the session fee for an additional $80. If you are interested in this, please let me know so I can plan accordingly. (not available for weddings or big events)

 

HOW DOES IT ALL WORK? WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A CUSTOM PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION WITH MOLLY MORGAN PHOTOGRAPHY.

You’ve come to the conclusion that you want pictures done. Great! You’ve started your hunt for the perfect photographer and somehow its brought you to me. YAY! If you’ve never had pictures taken before, no worries…it’s all pretty simple.

GETTING DOWN TO BUSINESS.

Now that you’ve decided you’re going to be a part of the Molly Morgan Photography Family, (yes, I like to think of my clients as family, not just clients) lets get the ball rolling! One of the first things you’ll do is explain to me what you’re looking for. What type of session, do you have a theme, are there any special circumstances? Details! The more details I know, the better I can tailor your session to your wants.

SEALING THE DEAL.

Once we figure out what you want, we’ll find a date that works for both of us. I normally only hold sessions on weekends, but will schedule on some weeknight evenings if the need arises. Great, we’ve picked your session date and now we’re ready to make it official. You will need to pay the $60 non-refundable deposit. You can choose to pay me the deposit through Paypal or we can meet in person. A DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID (I have had to deal with too many no-shows and last minute cancellations. This is why the deposit is non-refundable if you have to cancel or reschedule for another time.)

LEADING TO YOUR SESSION.

If you have questions in the time leading up to your session, let me know! I’ll be in frequent contact a few days prior to your session with what to expect, what to bring, the address / location and any other information you might need. Locations are based on what type of look you’re going for. Normally my clients leave locations up to me, but if you have any suggestions, please let me know 🙂

SESSION DAY!

I can not stress this enough… PLEASE BE ON TIME! I often book back-to-back sessions within an evening and time management is very important. If you are 15 minutes late to your session, than we lose 15 minutes of shooting time.

The rest of your payment is due today! I accept Cash and or any major Credit/Debit Card.

We’ll meet at your designated session location and start shooting away! If you have chosen a package with multiple locations than we will meet at the first location and you will follow me to the other locations. If you have chosen a package with multiple outfit changes, you will most likely need to change in your vehicle. You may bring a sheet to hang up outside your car, if it will make changing in public more comfortable for you.

WHEN CAN I SEE MY PICTURES!?

I love the sneak peaks! The full session gallery won’t be ready for 2-3 weeks after the session date, however I will post a few previews of the session on the Molly Morgan Photography Facebook Fan page and Instagram. You may tag yourself in them, share them, or make them your profile image or cover photo. This gives you the chance to see some of the images from your session right away. This gives you an idea of how the session is going to look.

Please remember DO NOT SCREENSHOT / DOWNLOAD  / CROP  the images or alter them in any way if you decided to do any of the above 🙂

***If you need your images sooner than 2-3 weeks, I offer a 24 hr turn around for $80 additional to the session fee. If you are interested in this add on, please let me know so I can plan accordingly. (This is not available for weddings or big events)

SESSION COMPLETE.

When I have finished editing your images, I will upload the high resolution digital files to your very own online gallery. You can download your images from there. You can print your pictures wherever you’d like, post them on social media and share with friends and family. I do not offer print packages yet but I can recommend some great online print companies for the best print quality of your images.

***Please take note — Taking your pictures to Walmart, CVS, Walgreens etc. for print will not give you the best quality of your images. Again, contact me if you’d like me to recommend my favorite print companies.
